I hereby grant permission to A2MAC1, Munro & Associates, and their authorized representatives to use my photographs, video recordings, and likeness in all forms of media, including social media, marketing, advertising, promotional materials, editorial content, portfolios, demonstrations, and other lawful business purposes. I understand that I am not entitled to compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or voice. I release A2MAC1, Munro & Associates, and their respective employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, agents, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from the authorized use of my photo, video, or likeness. 2. Visitor Safety Acknowledgment and Facility Waiver I understand that engineering, workshop, laboratory, storage, prototype, and industrial support areas within the Munro & Associates facility may contain hazards typical of automotive engineering and technical facilities. By entering these areas, I acknowledge and agree to the following: High-voltage batteries and electrical systems: Vehicles, battery packs, components, tools, or test articles may contain energized or potentially energized high-voltage systems. Contact with high-voltage systems can cause serious injury, burns, electrical shock, or death. Sharp metal and exposed components: Vehicles and components in various stages of analysis or disassembly may have sharp edges, fractured parts, exposed fasteners, cut wiring, burrs, and other pinch or laceration hazards. Powerful magnets: Certain motors, battery components, tooling, fixtures, or vehicle parts may contain strong magnets that can pinch fingers, attract metal objects unexpectedly, interfere with medical implants or devices, and damage electronic devices such as phones, watches, and credit cards. Required conduct: I will follow all instructions from A2MAC1 and Munro & Associates personnel, remain with authorized hosts when required, stay out of restricted areas, avoid touching vehicles, batteries, tools, equipment, or components unless specifically authorized, and immediately report any unsafe condition, spill, or injury. Personal responsibility: I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own safety, wear any required personal protective equipment provided or requested by A2MAC1 or Munro & Associates, and comply with all posted signage and verbal safety instructions at all times. 3. Assumption of Risk and Release I understand that entry into technical, workshop, laboratory, and industrial areas involves inherent risks, including those associated with high-voltage batteries, electrical systems, sharp metal edges, moving equipment, and other industrial hazards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume these risks and release A2MAC1, Munro & Associates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of ordinary negligence related to my visit, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. 4. Visitor Confirmation By clicking "I Accept the Terms & Conditions," I confirm that I have read and understood this combined media release and visitor safety waiver.
